In many cases, an external opinion or view on an issue; an evaluation of your functions and people; a detailed audit of your costs, contracts or processes; or a neutral investigation of issues and pain points is necessary to cultivate success. We intervene with auditors or with investigating consultants to evaluate the department and the working methods tools; to detect issues, opportunities and improvements; and to investigate particular files or situations.





  • Trained auditors: Our auditors and investigators follow thoroughly the best audit and investigation processes, following the recommendation of the internal auditors’ professional body.
  • Senior evaluators: For the evaluation, the consultant will be senior, with management experience and evaluation training.
  • Technical knowledge and experience: We ensure the intervening person or team is skilled, trained and knowledgeable in the area they will be evaluating, auditing or investigating.
  • Independence, neutrality and confidentiality: Our auditor, evaluators and investigators will act independently and with neutrality towards their mission. It is a condition sine-qua-non of their intervention and it will be contracted. They will further maintain full confidentiality during and after the mission.
  • Supported: Our auditors, evaluators and investigators are supported during their missions by our back office and by our network of experts. They will be able to rely on strong and efficient backing.
  • Evaluated and managed: We do evaluate and manage our resources. This is a process where our customers are also participating. This allows alignment and understanding on deliverables, quality and objectives.
  • Specification of your needs and the mission: Prior to the mission, we review and define the frame of the missions; the requirements and authorities needed to execute it; and the objectives of the investigation, evaluation or audit.
  • Clear and evolving contract: The contract is clear. They allow for flexibility in case a particular expertise or additional support is needed. Finally, termination and handover are also foreseen. The contract termination will be clear, with documents and resources delivered, and with a sound handover of the file or subject of the mission.
  • Simple administrative management: There are not thousands of documents to fill and confirm. Just a contract validation, an approval of the work done and an invoice. Further, multiple consultants can be managed on the same documents.
  • Managed resources: To enforce simplification, we propose also the portage of consultants. This makes it even easier for you by having only one contract with one addendum by resource, one invoicing and one contact point to manage all your consultants in their mission.
