  • Experts: Our advisors at this level must be experts in sourcing, but also in strategy and management. They are able to understand the level of the decision, constraints and context to provide sound recommendations and advice.
  • Senior: This type of mission is reserved for senior resources with proven track records in management, strategy and sourcing.
  • Supported: The senior executive advisor can share and debate issues and challenges with other senior executive advisors and rely on shared experience, judgments and opinions.
  • Advising: This includes counseling, providing external recommendations and opinions, and sharing expert views and judgment. It helps also benchmark with others or analyze similar situations other companies faced and with what results.
  • Crisis management: If you are faced for some time with a vacancy of the sourcing manager/director or some other major changes and challenges, we can jump in and ensure interim and crisis management at the executive and senior management level.
  • Coaching: Whether it is for personal development with certified coaches, for the selection process of candidate evaluation or for professional development, we offer a full range of coaching services. A program and evolution patch can be defined and regular coaching sessions planned. Our coaches are certified coaches or with a psychology background for personal development and evaluation, and with management and company experience. They will enhance the competency and ensure appropriate personal development. For the executive level, aside from the personal development, we can rely on former senior executives to provide coaching and shadow management.
  • Shadow management: On-the-job training, development and improvement can be realized through shadow management. Former, experienced senior executives can accompany you or your resources in their day-to-day life and provide recommendations, advice and guidance. It is a powerful tool to quickly and properly grow, share the weight of decisions and be supported in your activities. And by associating it with coaching, you will increase their effects and results.
  • Specification of your needs and the mission: Prior to the mission, we review and define the frame of the mission, the requirements and authorities, the expectations and constraints, as well as the context and environment. We define together with your input the program and objective of the advisory.
  • Clear and evolving contract: The contract is clear. They allow for flexibility in case a particular expertise or additional support is needed. Finally, termination and handover are also foreseen. The contract termination will be clear, with documents and resources delivered, and with a sound handover of the file or subject of the mission.
  • Ethics, confidentiality and integrity: Our resources are all committed to our ethics and integrity code, ensuring deontological behaviors. Further, management advisors are bonded by a confidentiality agreement regarding their mission, the content and information collected, and the results.
