Our tactical consultants are supported by our back-office; by our methodology, processes and methods specialists; and by our network of experts. It can occur also on site and it is included in the contract. If difficulties arise during their mission, they will be able to rely on strong and efficient backing.

Evaluated & managed:

We do evaluate and manage our resources. This is a process where our consultants and our customers both participate. This allows alignment and understanding on deliverables, quality and objectives.

Evaluation of your needs:

Prior to the mission, we review your needs, the expected competencies and the objectives to make a better selection and remain aligned withyour expectations. For the expert and technical mission, we will invest in some time together in clearly defining your requirements and expectations.

Preselected and common selection:

After our pre-selection, you validate with us the best profile suiting your requirements. This is done by interviews conducted by you with our resources.

Clear and evolving contract:

The contract is clear. They allow flexibility in case a particular expertise or additional support is needed. Finally, termination and handover are also foreseen. The contract termination will be clear, with documents and resources delivered, and with a sound handover of the file or subject of the mission.

Simple administrative management:

There are not thousands of documents to fill and confirm. Just a contract validation, an approval of the work done and an invoice. Further, multiple consultants can be managed on the same documents.

Managed resources:

To enforce simplification, we assure also the portage of consultants. This makes it even easier for you by having only one contract with one addendum by resource, one invoice and one contact point to manage all of your consultants in their mission.
